AI concepts, finished by hand

For early ideas, competitions and client meetings where a mood matters more than millimetres. I generate concept images from your sketch, massing model or references, choose the strongest, and retouch them in Photoshop until they hold up in front of a client: straight lines, aligned windows, believable materials, and no melted furniture or nonsense text.

Full 3D production

I model the building or interior from your plans, light it, furnish it and render it. Every image on this page is shown uncropped and at full delivered quality. Open any image and switch to 100% to check the detail yourself.

The same model then gives you panoramas, a walkthrough film and floor plans, with no extra modelling cost.

Hi, I'm Katarina

I'm a 3D visualiser in Graz, Austria. I make the images architects, interior designers and developers use to win clients, sell apartments and get approvals: exteriors, interiors, panoramas, films, drawings and floor plans.

I work on my own, so you don't pay for a team, a project manager or studio overheads. You pay only for the work on your images.

AI has changed how fast a first image can appear. I use it where it saves you time and money, and I fix what it gets wrong by hand. When the image has to be exact, I build it properly in 3D.

What do you need from me to start?

How much does a project cost?

Projects start at €270 (≈ $300). The final price depends on the number of views and how complex the building or interior is. Send me your files and I'll reply with a quote, so you know the full price before I start.

How long does it take?

3–5 days for most projects, counted from the day I have your files and the deposit. For a larger set, the delivery date comes with the quote.

How many revisions are included?

As many as you need. The price covers revisions until you're happy with the images, not a fixed number of rounds.

How does payment work?

50% upfront to book the project, and the other 50% when the images are finished.

What can you make for me?

Exterior and interior renders, 360° panoramas and virtual tours, walkthrough animation, 2D drawings, 3D floor plans, and AI concepts retouched by hand. Panoramas, a film and floor plans can come from the same 3D model, so you don't pay to model twice.

Do you work with clients outside Austria?

Yes, most of my clients are in the United States. Everything runs by email and file links, so the distance doesn't matter.
